Abstract submission
All participants are kindly invited to submit an abstract for plenary, invited, and contributed oral or poster presentations. Submitted abstracts will be pre-reviewed for their acceptance by the Organising/Scientific Committee.
Registration is required prior to abstract submission, but payment is not mandatory at this stage.
Each registration allows to submit one abstract. Abstracts should be submitted via email to iber2025@uvigo.es or iber2025@uvigo.gal. A confirmation email will be sent once the abstract has been revised.* Please indicate the type of presentation in your email (plenary, invited, oral or poster). Note that the number of slots for oral presentations is limited. If the abstract is not accepted for an oral presentation, it will automatically be considered for a poster.

The abstract should be written following the MS Word template that can be found below and then should be uploaded in PDF format, Naming convention “Abstract_surname” [MS Word Abstract_Template_IBER2025]
Guidelines for presenters
- Plenary lectures: 35 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes discussion
- Invited lectures: 20 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes discussion
- Oral communications: 12 minutes for the presentation + 3 minutes discussion
- Poster presentations: A0 portrait (84,1 cm x 118,9 cm)
