Conference Fees
The conference fee for students and regular participants includes attendance of all conference sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, lunches 22nd, 23th and 24th of July, conference dinner and other events included in the social program.

All fees should be paid in Euros (€) and without charges to the beneficiary.
Please, state the name of the participant clearly on the payment and then send a copy of the bank transfer to gefam@rseq.org, so that the payment of each participant can be identified more easily. If you need an invoice, you can request it through the same email address: gefam@rseq.org
After the payment processing is completed, a confirmation will be sent to you. If you would like to have the receipt of your registration, you will receive it after payment or at the conference’s registration desk, for on-site payment.
Cancellation
Registrations may be cancelled until 31st of May, in which case a partial refund of 70% of the payed fees will be done. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received after that date.
